We could not be happier with the job that Chris did for us. He was not only a pleasure to work with (timely, efficient and neat), he was always willing to answer questions and give good recommendations. We thought his pricing to be more than fair. Most importantly, when we wanted to make a change in our flooring plan right before the installers showed up, he worked hard to get the tile floor demoed for them. I was in the house doing other work most of the time while he was here and know his work ethic to be solid and his demeanor to be courteous and pleasant. Everything that we asked him to do was done well and the few places where something was not quite right he was effective in communicating solutions. Really a great experience.
