Miguel Velardo and his workers were punctual. His estimate was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive but I was familiar with his work and knew he would do a good job. The company added a cement foundation to a pre existing room that was over dirt. They also rebuilt a chimney that was falling apart.
Although Miguel does not do the actual work, he is very hands on and frequently comes by to check on the job. His crew worked quickly, did an awesome job and were extremely neat and professional.
I have used this company in the past to do stonework on a previous home and their work was impeccable. I recommended them to a friend who was equally pleased.
I recommend them without reservations.
