Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace - For Business
I have worked in construction my whole life. MCAS did a nice job in a timely and efficient manner. It came down to two comparable bids but I chose MCAS because it's a family run business and I could call Mike, the owner of the company, any time and he would answer. You also have to admire a roofer who breaks off and starts his own company. I have a soft spot for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, improving the US economy.
Justine was also exceedingly pleasant to deal with. Responsiveness ranks as my top priority when dealing with large home projects and Justine get full marks, always getting back to me within minutes. They didn't try upsell me or talk me into any extras, they did exactly what I asked for in a quality manner and at a competative price.
The crew was friendly and fast. I only had to do some minor yard clean up after they left, which I was happy to do considering the scope of their work. Mike pays them a good wage and that makes a difference in both attitude and cra

MCAS did an excellent job replacing the roof over the front entrance of our house. We were very satisfied with the work. Our house is 128 years old, and we need MCAS to regularly clean our gutters and inspect our 3 roof areas and 3 chimneys. We replaced the roof in June, 2020. Michael at Mcas had the best crew. They came in promptly every morning, worked hard, and got the job done in two and a half days. They cleaned up every time they left the house. Michael is very pleasant to work with. You have the comfort of knowing that he is well experienced.

MCAS Roofing is my family's go-to roofer. We have used them for various repair services as needed over the past few years. I have not needed my roof replaced (yet), but just general maintenance (they come and do an annual roof inspection and gutter cleaning and make sure my roof is tip top shape each year). When it is finally time for a new roof, I wouldn't even think to go to anyone else!

Mike, the owner, was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done to replace my 30 year old roof. He was very hands on when the job was being done. The crew was wonderful in the way they secured the areas they worked on as well as working continuously for 8 hours each day. They cleaned up every day and the finished product is beautiful! I highly recommend this company. They did not take any shortcuts and made the experience a pleasant one for me.

The roof is beautiful. The crew was friendly and professional. They worked hard and had the roof replaced in a couple of days. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. I would recommend the company. Everything was spelled out, no surprises, and used high quality materials.

This was the best construction work done on my house in 31 years of additions and renovations. Every aspect of the job was careful and thorough...from the permit application to the CofO. It was a difficult job...pitched roof, gardens along all the edges of the buildings, difficult egress to the dumpster. The work was completely done in 3 days, including clean up. There was no sign that a major job had been undertaken except for a great new roof.

Mike & his crew replaced flat roof, installed solar skylights which we love and replaced gable roof over the front door with a standing seam copper roof. Mike educated us on the solar sky lights and associated current tax credits. Beautiful job, efficient time frame, broom clean as allowed. Mike, crew and Justine in the office were super to deal with. Highly recommend.
