We are extremely satisfied with our kitchen and with Livio's work. The workmanship is of very high quality thanks to his careful attention to detail, The project was completed exactly according to the schedule he indicated at the outset. Livio was always on time and left the house clean at the end of the day. He communicated clearly about what he needed and listened carefully to our needs as well, ensuring that there were no misunderstandings that could set the project back or prevent us from being fully satisfied. Livio has been in this business for thirty years and it shows in the way he anticipated and resolved problems that will inevitably arise in remodeling an old house. We particularly appreciated that he has worked consistently for years with the same excellent sub-contractors (cabinet maker, tile, etc.) and invited us to interview them even before we selected him as our contractor. We also like that Livio only works on one job at a time, and does all of the work himself with his son. After enjoying our new kitchen for a month I can say that it is all that we had hoped for. What was once a dilapidated old kitchen is now the centerpiece of our house and a joy to cook in.
