I've used them for years. They're very professional and their prices are reasonable. They have excellent automotive knowledge. They have very good communication skills as well. They also don't try to push unnecessary work on you.

The experience was fair to poor. They try to talk you into unnecessary work. They called once to say the tires needed rotated. They wanted to road test it and charge me labor fees. Mind you this was a car with 9000 miles on it.

This Shell in our area has been great to us. we save money because we are not paying dealer rates. They are always nice there. The prices are fair and the waits are never long either. That is enough to make us pretty happy.

THERE WAS A LOT OF SNOW AND ICE ON MY DRIVEWAY. A LOT OF SNOW HAD BUILT UP OVER A COUPLE OF DAYS OF NO ONE PLOWING IT. WHEN THEY CAME THEY REMOVED IT VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
