Home Building
THis provider for modular homes is very unprofessional. Unfortunately I didnt research him personally as he has a reputation of being a shady charachter. He doesnt back up the warranty to fix defects from the house settling withing first year like the contract you sign states. I sued him in small claims court and was awarded a judgement which he refuses to pay as he hides behind the fact his company is a LLC. There are much better companies to deal with him. Even the manufacturer doesnt deal with him anymore.
