Matt did a great job on my roof repair. He’s very professional and his rates are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I felt confident in the initial discussions with the roofing business owner. He showed me pictures he had taken of the roof and the elements that needed repair. He explained the condition he found my flat roof in and offered an explanation of what would need replacement. But all this was contingent on what would be found as the layers were peeled back. The decision was made after seeing the eroded layers to do a gut job and replace the entire roof. Pictures were provided showing the progress as each step was completed. Attention and respectful care was given to my neighbors as vehicles pulled up to unload materials which might have extended across their driveways. Matthew the owner was always available and attentive to any questions or suggestions I had. It was a pleasure working with an owner who takes pride in their work and their workers. I will recommend this business to my neighbors with confidence knowing they will be treated in the same manner.

I had 6 contractors bid on the job and chose to work with Matthew because he performed the most thorough assessment of the scope of the job--which was huge and complicated given the age of the house (and included gutter work in addition to roofing). He was careful to explain clearly what had to be done, and why. In our case, the project required that the existing roof be completely removed. Matthew also enumerated all of the potential unforeseen problems, issues (and costs) that might come to light once the old roof was ripped out, and he gave an estimated price range for what the overages might be. Once the work got underway, we were also pleased with the professionalism of Matt's foreman and crew. As problems indeed arose, Matthew documented all of the issues with photos and phoned or emailed with detailed descriptions and solution options. I would definitely work with all of them again.

I highly recommend Matthew and his company. His crew replaced my roof and fixed some leak problems in a day, with a few hours more the following day putting up a new gutter system. Very efficient! Also made sure the grounds were cleaned up (ask to see the big magnet!) Before work began, Matthew walked me through the issues with my roof and wrote a clear proposal with a reasonable price. So, Iâ m quite pleased, enough that Iâ m working on proposal for additional work on my home.

I really like how Matthew actually wrote up a contract specifying the scope of work and price. Other contractors that bid on this work intended to just do everything verbally. I prefer Matthew's more professional approach.

I had Matt and his crew do a siding and flashing repair on my garage door frames. Matt was very honest, professional and sincere. Besides the great work I was impressed with his communication - Matt described in detail what they would do, alerted me to possible challenges/pitfalls, and provided me great advice on options. I rarely had such clear communication for any job. Expectations were realistic and met, as was the trust level (most important!). I now plan to ask Matt to do other bigger projects around my house. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone!

MATTHEW came took pictures and showed me why the roof was leaking. He gave me an estimate. When the weather was favorable he replaced the entire roof and cleaned up as they worked. He truly cares about his work.

M.A.C. Roofing & Construction is owned and operated by Matthew Marino. He recently completed roofing, cement street repair and exterior painting jobs for me. Matthew and his crew were amazing. First of all, the price quote was half the other guys. Then, they did the job and wow! Excellent quality, over-delivered, and left the site as clean as when they arrived. His guys were fearless - like on the edge of my roof 2-stories up, no ladder, kneeling down and not a shimmy, shake, or wobble. They knocked it out in an afternoon. I will most definitely give this crew more work. I've already recommended him to my brother and a friend. Finally, a contractor who kept his word, did more than promised and left a positive impression.

Good communications before and after the work

M.A.C. Roofing and Construction Corp. did a great job replacing my roof and a skylight. They responded quickly with a consultation and gave me a contract in writing with a breakdown of the work that was to be done. They were polite, professional and efficient and finished the work quickly. My new roof and skylight look great! If you want a professional, well done job without the games a lot of other contractors bring, I recommend M.A.C. Roofing and Construction Corp.
