Lawn Tool Repair
The lawn mower was serviced properly. However, I waited 15 minutes for service when picking up the mower while Rich(?) talked on the phone. He needs to talk faster or get more help.

Lawn Tool Repair
I WAS CALLING ANOTHER LAWN MOWER PLACE BUT THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE SO I ENDED UP CALLING RICK WHO ANSWER RIGHT AWAY. I WAS ABLE TO DROP THE LAWN MOWER OFF IMMEDIATELY AND IT WAS FIXED IN ABOUT A WEEK.

IT TOOK A LONG TIME BEFORE SOMEONE HELPED ME WHEN I GOT THERE. THE MAN AT THE SERVICE COUNTER SHOULD HAVE HAD SOMEONE HELPING HIM. THE MOWER WAS READY WHEN PROMISED AND NOW RUNS WELL
