I wanted to get my attic insulated. First, I reviewed what materials would be best to use, what a quality inspection of the work to be done should consist of, estimates for the work to be done. Then I obtained three proposals for the jobs. One was ridiculously high. The lowest was based on a cursory inspection and accompanied by legalese language mentioning that the initially quoted price was subject to change, that a lien could be placed on the property, etc. I selected JJ&Kâ s proposal. It was based on a thorough inspection, and the price was in line with my expectations. Alfredo Oleasâ team was professional and courteous. They did what I would consider a quality job. They followed required safety precautions and cleaned up after the work. Alfredo was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend his company.

Alfredo comes in and is thorough in measuring and asking what it is you want offers his suggestions and provided a quick turn around regarding sending the quote which was very reasonable We hired him to do the insulation in second first and basement They ensured there was no mess while they are and working and after they were done He even came back when bulb had broken during the work and replaced the light fixture the next day after the work had been done and he was paid We will definitely use them again!!

His workers were courteous and meticulous as they completed the project and then cleaned up upon completion. I am hiring them again for additional home remodeling.

Alfredo Oleas and his team did superb work on a challenging job, and gave us a fair price. They insulated and painted our cathedral-ceiling living room, which has Tudor-style beams throughout. Alfredo had solutions for every part of the job, and his suggestions for energy efficiency were excellent. Alfredo and his workers were polite and conscientious and left a clean workplace each day. We recommend them highly!

Alfredo (Jose) did an excellent job. His work (and staff) was very precise, very neat and organized, and delivered as described. Clean-up of flooded area for mold and odor was very good, greenboard install and joint compound work was also very good. Air scrubber equipment also great when dealing with mold and dust in the air. Cost was also reasonable. I highly recommend JJ&K and Jose!

Alfredo Oleas did excellent job. He did drywall box over water meter including all water pipe line insulated with Rockwool R15 in my garage. Great Job!
