The guys who showed up and no identification and took offense that I asked for it. Then from there we went to the fact that they didn't have the equipment to cut the runner. When the finally did the runner, the rug was mis cut on the top landing so it didn't come together properly and there was and is a tear in the carpet at the corner. At the end of the day they asked for a check and I said no because a) the work wasn't done properly and b) it was agreed this would be a credit card transaction. I wanted the work on the landing redone. That night they called and when I refused to release the cc number, screamed at me and called me names. Finally it was agreed that they'd try and fix the landing. It looks shoddy, but we were moving in on Friday. I decided to give them a check because I didn't trust them with my cc # It makes me uncomfortable to even write this review. They know where I live.
