Jerry and Steve came in to reconfigure and update the wiring for the new appliances; they were most efficient at this task. Further, I wanted under cabinet task and over cabinet lighting. I discussed my ideas with Jerry who listened to how I was thinking of accomplishing this; he then recommended a different, and what turns out to be a better way -- under cabinet
lighting which allows for greater flexibility -- selection of low or high task lighting depending on need; and rope lighting for over cabinets to provide a soft illumination of the entire area. The result is really great -- I am delighted.
Responsive team aways on time - great value, great quality.
We love the work they did, and asked them to do other work for us in the house.
Work included:
Electrical circuits for Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Under cabinet lighting pendant light, outlets.
Briar electric came back to check work at each stage of the construction, and made any adjustments we requested. They worked well with the Pand M people.
On time on budget.
They went above and beyond to make sure that details were seen to, including adding extra insulation in the attic around the new ductwork, and attention to neat installation of the blower (outside unit).
"The electrical fees were not part of the original contract with P&M, her GC contractor, as signed by the client, the fee was the normal fee paid by all other home owners; however, I have pointed out to P&M, that they must make an effort to clarify this fee in the future to new clients. In closing, to be clear, this contractor went back to the home and spent another day doing work above and beyond contract at no cost in good faith; now assumed not appreciated by the client."
