I was very unhappy with there overall level of service!! First I signed a commitment letter stating my rate wouldn’t be higher than 4.5% it ended up being 4.62%. Second when it came to the fees they told me all I had to pay was the bank fee of $1065! Then I get to closing and there’s $1700 in additional fees. Very poor communication stay far away!!
