Frank arrived with helper. Very friendly and cooperative. Looked at situation, got tools, began work, did work, spoke for a few minutes, got paid, and left. Good clean quality work.
Came to do job on holiday weekend as he know we were unable to use water in house. Very nice of him.

We contacted Frank who came the same day and gave us an estimate for the repair, and gave a complete description of the work which would be performed. A few days later Pete Cordone brought the excavating equipment and did the actual repair. He was very careful not to cause damage to the yard which was not part of the septic field. The job was completed in two days and was quite painless.....I had feared the worst. My wife and I are very pleased!

Frank arrived within hours of my first call to make his preliminary examination. This was the week of Christmas so further work had to wait until the appropriate county health department personnel were available. Frank contacted them immediately when they were back at work and arranged for the necessary inspections; the first at 10 a.m. Frank said he would arrive at 8:30 a.m to begin the test excavations and he and his two workers were right on time. By 10 a.m, when the inspector arrived, all the necessary digging and examinations were completed as well as a suggested work plan. The inspector gave his OK and Frank filed the necessary permit papers. The excavation and installation of a distribution box, connecting pipes and Infiltrators was performed. This work was completed when the inspector came back to OK the work. The dirt was then replaced and the surface cleaned up very well by the end of the afternoon. All work was done efficiently and professionally. Great job!
