A & B TENT COMPANY

Tents, dance floor and lights were set up the day before the actual event. Four tents covered our yard to accommodate approx. 200 guests plus caterers. They did a terrific job from beginning to end. From tent layouts to tent set up and take down they were professional and courteous every step of the way. I ended up using all four tents because the rains did come and finally diminished when the party began, but his company was the only one that gave me the option to cancel using some of the tents up until the day of set up without a penalty. All the other companies I got estimates from would charge up to 50% penalty fee for cancellation of even one tent. It's difficult to predict what the weather will be like for an outdoor event, especially when you plan so far in advance. This company was wonderful. His prices beat all his competitors too!
