SEVEN VALLEY HOME IMPROVEMENT

I made an appointment for him to come, he came and gave us an estimate, the estimate wasn't bad, we gave a downpayment so he could start work and then he disappeared and we couldn't figure out why, but disappearing wasn't entirely his fault, what happened was he had a bad accident on a motorcycle. He never bothered to call to tell us and explain why he wasn't going to come to work on our porch, he didn't show up. After the accident, during the hearing process he went to Florida and it was six weeks before he ever came back and when he came back he didn't work. It really took a long, long time and the workmanship was really, really bad because he couldn't be here because he was recovering from the accident. We still have problems, our ceiling in the porch is falling down, and he just did a very poor job. It wasn't totally his fault because of the accident but he could have told us that he's not able to do that, and what happened too was that he started work in the fall and he wasn't finished until spring. The porch is not falling down, it's not in that bad shape but I just want to put down a real new porch, it had a wood decking on it, it had rails that needed painting because it had to be painted from time to time. If he just said in the fall that he had an accident, he hasn't started it and had he not taken my money, I will use him but I will use him later. He's very hard to get a hold of.

Terrible! I lost 10000 on the job. They stole my money.
