Mike called me on a Tuesday morning and said he'd look at the roof that day.  He did and he called me the next morning with a quote.  His price was very reasonable.  He said he was finishing up a siding project and would be done with that the next Tuesday and then could start my roof.  The next Wednesday he and his crew were there before 8 am just like he said.  There were some rainy days, but whenever the weather permitted they were working and finished up quickly.  Everything was cleaned up afterward.

On time, professional, and good price.  Very honest.  What more could you ask for.

It was wonderful.  Mike is very professional and they were done in two days.

I am disabled and couldn't get on the roof to check it. He was in a great hurry to get me to sign the paper work.  My son came later and looked over everything. The roofing was poorly done, he didn't replace the plywood, and didn't caulk around the chimney, which has caused leaking.  He also didn't caulk around the windows or doors like he should have.

The roofers arrived promptly, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward to our satisfaction.  They did ask if they could arrive at 6am due to the heat of the day, and stated they would try to keep it quieter until 7a.m.  We are very pleased with the roof.

Less than 3 years after installation, I had shingles just start falling off the roof. After coming to fix the problem, I was told that this was common. The next summer we had more shingles fall off and our dormer started leaking. I then had an inspection of the roof done and was told that this problem would continue to happen and that the dormer was not properly sealed from water. This continued until the fall of 2006 and we contacted Mike again but he never responded. The next spring we had shingles falling off both the front and back of the house. We contacted him again but after 2 days he never responded. We then contacted the BBB and he then of course he called back saying he never got his messages and he didn't owe us anything and the warranty was over but he came to fix the problem anyway. He showed up the next morning at 7am and just went up onto the roof and started pounding like he was trying to break concrete. My wife then went out to see what was happening and he then let a barrage of profanity at my wife saying again he didn't owe us anything and never call him again and so on. He was so loud and vulgar that neighbors came out to see what was going on. Needless to say, we still have shingles falling off and will need to have it completely re done because the nails were driven to deep. That was from a licensed roofing inspector who neither knew him or of his work.
