I have used Felix Airduct Cleaning in the past for gutters and the dryer vent. This time he took on the new rental house I had purchased with truly disgusting airducts and vents. I originally hired him for the vents, airducts and gutters until I saw that he handled other jobs. I have been very happy with all the work he did this time--he started on a Wednesday and even came in on Sunday to finish up the work. I have even hired him to put new steps on the back deck.
I'm surprised by all of this, since I'd had such a good experience with Felix prior to this and would have given them straight A's if you'd asked me three months ago. I'm almost worried that something has happened to Rafael (the principal contractor there), or that they whole outfit has gone out of business.
In any case, I'm now left with a leaking furnace, a wet basement floor, and no one home at the company that is supposed to service the warranty. You get what you pay for I guess...ugh.
"customer was very hard to get a hold of a teacher that teaches overseas and after many phone calls back and forth finally got a hold of him and his tenants to finally be able to warranty the part that took 3 weeks to come straight from the factory. part was replaced no cost to the customer what so ever material and work was warrantied . now that he has the new office number and my personal # he will not have a problem getting a hold of me."
