The experience was excellent. The realtor and I came up with some unorthodox solutions to selling a house. Without her suggestions the house would never have sold.  

I have had nine real estate brokers and she is by far the best.  My mother has died and her house is up for sale.  The house is 80 miles away from me and yet she keeps me informed.  She sends me copies of the open houses.  Her honesty and integrity is just above reproach.  She is very personable and very knowledgeable.  She knows about banks and all the kinds of things a real estate agent should know.  She can’t win this set of distance which would be extremely difficult.  While the house was for sale a tree fell through the roof and she handled getting the people to come in and cut the tree out of the house, cut the tree down, fix the house, put it through as an insurance claim all because I couldn’t do it at a distance.  I am disabled and she took care of everything far and above the call of duty.
