Angel Chimbo was contracted for Window, multiple door install, deck, front covered porch construction and stucco siding application. The man has no license as it turns out. It is NOT in process either. The doors were framed crooked and hung off kilter. There is a gap at the bottom of each door and the top is squeaking from rubbing the frame. He contracted is brother-in-law's cousin for carpentry. The front entry all the stairs are at different rises, railing is loose, there is a 8 inch un finished step up to the front door threshold. All boards were installed curve side up and catch water. He did not complete the covered porch as per blue prints. Left it as an open deck. Stucco is peeling off all over. On one side of the house he ran out of colored stucco half way up. On the driveway side all the washers can be seen through the very thin stucco and in places you can see the stucco was sliding off when drying. Chimbo left our home draped in blue tarps for 6 weeks while the used a kerosene heater to warm the house to apply stucco which is why it is now peeling off all over. Out door lighting fixtures can't be hung because he cut into the door trim to fit opening. Really? Who does that? Insulation and stucco were left off in an area all together leaving the ply woo open to the elements and allowed it to rain inside the house. Chimbo has refused to come fix his sloppy job. He wants money from the last payment when he has already been paid as per contract. He has been contacted multiple times and has basically walked off the job rather than man up and fix his shoddy work. They came in the dark of night and dug out their frozen scaffolding and ran. Angel Chimbo Construction is dishonorable, unprofessional, unskilled, unlicensed and not to be trusted by any means. I have a full video documentation of him going over our complaints and him taking responsibility and promising to fix it, that was 8 months ago.

He worked on the stucco and did built the step. The step was crooked and was done incorrectly. We have paid him in cash to complete the work, the work is not complete and he is has been unresponsive. He would never show up on time. He was good on the stucco but he is not punctual.
