Their service was terrible. They first reglazed the tub with old paint. When it didn’t dry, they admitted the paint may have been too old. When they came back they reglazed ON TOP Of the old paint. The new paint did not dry on the old paint. Then when they came back about a month later, they stripped it and reglazed it again. They have a 5 year guarantee. About 2 weeks ago our tenants were going out of town and said it needed reglazed again. There was a patch that came off and the glaze was coming off. He broke 2 appointments last week and he came earlier than expected today. I figured he was going to be reglazing and would be here for a couple hours. I had my son let him in. He said they had dropped something heavy in the tub. I explained I had a picture of that from last August because I had held the previous tenants responsible. He says he will only patch the hold but not reglaze. I have been $300.00 for nothing.
