Bolivar Contra Action

As with each job I have hired them to do... They did a first rate job building a bathroom from scratch. Very reasonably priced for master craftsmanship. Extremely honest and hardworking with incredible skills

I don't recall the dates for these communications, but they were late last year.  I called and made an appointment for the contractor to visit the building and provide an estimate for painting and various other tasks.  He did not show for the appointment.  We set a second appointment, and I asked him to communicate directly with the tenant.  He did not show up for that, either.  The tenant also called.  No response.  I won't be calling again.

...it started as a small flood in a Master bath... which became monumental due to mold and poor quality workmanship on the original construction.  Then there was a second water leak leading to yet another bathroom replacement. During the course of the problems, Bolivar and his team of professionals found all of the leaks... corrected any previous flaws and installed two gorgeous full baths including tubs showers and jets.  They added radiant heated floors and anything else I could ask for or think of while under construction. No job is too small nor too large for this team!
In addition to the spectacular construction, the final finishing touches and details were all addressed and done to my very critical satisfaction. I give this guy and his entire team a AAAAA+ rating
