I LIKE THE BIG APPLE CARPET CLEANING COMPANY. THEIR RATES ARE FAIR AND THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORKERS ARE VERY SINCERE AND MAKE SURE THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

BIG APPLE CARPET CLEANING DID AN OVERALL GOOD JOB ON MY CARPET. THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT, SO I WOULD NOT SAY THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT. THE CARPET WAS CLEAN AND REFRESHED. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB.
