Garzone's Plumbing & Heating

We made an appointment in March 2017 to have a toilet repaired. No one showed up or called. After calling them again, Garzone's technician came one week later (mar 27) and put in a new filler valve ($173). My condo was being rented for ski season. My tenants left April 15th. Upon cleaning my condo in early Nov to get ready for the new ski season, my cleaning lady tells me that two toilets out of 3 are not working (one of which was the one that was repaired in March just before my tenants left). I called Garzone to see if they would guarantee their work. The condo had been vacant since 4/15. I also asked them to fix the 2nd toilet not working. Garzone did not guarantee their work! They told me that someone had put chemicals in the toilet with the brand new filler valve and it ate the plastic!! They charged me for a filler valve again. No one had been there since April 15th. They also charged me for a repair of the 3rd toilet that I did not ask for. They tell me it was "broken" when my cleaning lady was there the week before and it was working fine! I do not believe them. I feel they are making up a story to cover up for them not properly fixing the toilet the first time. I will pay their bill ( $312) but never use them again! I have a problem with my heating system that cropped up after they put antifreeze in my pipes as it gets cold here. I was given an appointment September 13th and they never showed up. I got another appointment later September that they never showed up for.  They were supposed to come on October 28th and no-showed/no phone call. I finally ran into them at the gas station. I was then told it is believed that I was messing around with my system. I did ask why I am unable to change the temperature of the water. He did divulge that he was working right next door to me. He promised to come the following Tuesday and he never showed up.  I walked next door to find him. He asked if I had been in my crawl space yet. I explained that I am not a plumber and that I did not need to crawl around as I am not the professional. He finally came over and told me that I need a new bladder. He made a new appointment for November 2nd and still did not show up for another two weeks. After a while, he finally came back. He put in a new bladder and my system is still not working. We had been without hot water for 3 months. My hot water now works intermittently when the heat is on. They have been unprofessional and unresponsive.

Every plumbing job I have done by Garzone has been top notch.
