This company will talk the talk about energy savings and product, but the workmanship is shoddy. We have a 1908 Prairie Box that we wanted to make more energy efficient. Due to an unvented attic spray foam was our best route. We chose this company because of their prompt responses and apparent customer service. Our suspicions started when they cut the holes (3 1/4 inch not the promised 2 inch) holes into our house. It turned out we already had spray foam insulation in the walls (Our fault for not knowing) but they continued to drill ALL of the holes even after finding the insulation. No notice to us about it I found it myself when I got home from work and had to ask them about it. They then said they would try to pump more in... now we have bows in our walls. They then proceeded to avoid any difficult to spray parts in our basement leaving huge gaps in where the insulation was (Whole sections of wall) I went through and took pictures and reluctantly they came back to fill them, but not without spraying foam all over the basement (Our skis, radios, keyboard covered) Next they put wood putty filler into the 3 1/4 inch holes in the siding which proceeded to pull away from the sides and pop out. We had to replace all the siding boards they drilled, they could not be salvaged. The final straw came when they could not get their "numbers" for the pressure test and glued all of our attic windows SHUT!! I only found this out when I went up to air out the attic, they never told us. After complaining they came back and chiseled one open, now my windows need to be fixed. They fought with us every step of the way after we had signed the contracts.
