They were tremendous. They are honest and did not overcharge. They responded, came fast, were courteous, and worked very hard. They accomplished the job in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very reachable if I ever needed to contact them. The result was terrific.

Showed up on time, was professional and did a god job. went out of his way to explain the system and installed the system so that it would not be in the way or make ourbasement less useful.

Overall I was very happy with the job that Dennis did. He was able to give me a quote over the phone (which was honored) based on some basic information I provided. He and his assistant arrived on time on the agreed-upon date. He took the time to discuss the options of where best to install the system such that it would be least visible from the yard and he also factored in other issues such as not wanting the exterior fan to be too close to our screened-porch because he did not want there to be any 'nuisance' noise. They were very efficient, completing the install more quickly than I anticipated, and cleaned up after themselves. He explained how the system works and provided an invoice that clearly stated the warranty policy - that the system (parts & labor) is guaranteed for 5 years to test below 4pCi/l. He left us with a mail-in radon detection kit at the end, but recommended that we re-test every year in the winter - which we are doing and our reading this winter came out low, which was very good!
