Olympia Contracting

I contacted Olympia Contracting to install drywall in my entire house and new tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Mike from Olympia was very responsive to what I was looking for. During the initial meeting, Mike went over each area to be worked on and made sure that he knew what I wanted. The proposal was very detailed, listing everything that we discussed and everything that his company would do and what I was expected to do. The work started several weeks later and was finished within three weeks. At every step, Mike showed me what was done and what would be worked on next. His company was very easy to work with and the quality was excellent. After the work was completed, the punch list was very small and every item was quickly fixed. Olympia's price qoute was in the middle of 4 other prices that I had received. Olympia's was the only proposal to list the details of the work to be accomplished. I would hire Olympia Contracting again.

From my initial meeting with Mike,I knew I had found the right contractor for my project. He was very knowledgable and professional through out the entire process. He clearly explained each phase of work and kept an open line of communication with me allowing me to be engaged with the project and make any additional changes that I wanted. The project started on time and was completed within the time frame I was told. I couldn't be more pleased with the end results. Mikes attention to detail and quality exceeded my expectations. Mike treated my home as if it was his own. What I envisioned to be such a nerve wracking experience, turned out to be a very pleasant one. I am over the moon with my newly remodeled home.

We worked directly with Michael Bartolone from start to finish on our project. Michael is a consummate, fastidious professional who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He laid out a proposal for our renovations and spent as much time as we needed going over every aspect of the project with us. When it became clear that we would not be able to afford to do all of the work we initally hoped we'd be able to do on our house, Michael immediately went back and revised our proposal down to a scale and price that we could afford. From the very beginning, Michael's demeanor and his company's treatment of our home and our concerns were nothing less than first-class. He responded to all inquiries and questions within a matter of hours via e-mail and telephone. He honored every aspect of our signed contract and even went above and beyond to perform a few extra tasks at no cost that cropped up throughout the course of the renovation. He even honored our request for a comfort-height toilet in one of our bathrooms that we had discussed verbally with him but had neglected to put in writing in our contract -- he switched out the standard-size toilet and replaced it with the comfort-height toilet free of charge. He also returned to our house numerous times after the official project was complete to put finishing touches on a few areas. We heartily recommend Olympia Contracting and Michael Bartolone to anyone who is considering any sort of home renovation. Michael's attention to detail and easygoing, professional demeanor are a credit to the contracting profession.
