T0wn & Country Vet Hospital

The staff were prepared for us upon arrival (we did schedule an appointment). They were sensitive to my nervous pet (and self!) The doctor we worked with was thorough and patient with our cat, and explained the services offered at the practice as he examined our pet. He provided a well-visit examination and vaccinations. He was so welcoming, in fact, that he relaxed our pet to sleep as he worked with her. The technicians who gave the shots were compassionate and gentle, too. The longest part of the process was waiting for our chart to be prepared so that we could complete payment. To be fair, it was because the doctor made such thorough notes on our pet that will be used for future visits, which we do appreciate. They recommended a specific food which we also purchased. We will definitely use this veterinary clinic from here on out!

We have been extremely happy with Towne and Country. They treat us and our dog like they really care, which I am sure that they do. We've had an ongoing problem with intestinal problems with our older (13+ years) mixed breed dog. All along they've been patient with us and her. They've always been good about calling back after hours and spend as much time as we need on the phone, or in the office. These professionals, from the front office to the practitioners, are friendly, professional, and some of the most compassionate people we've dealt with.

The facility is clean. The doctor is great.
