+ -1 moreI used Bob Brucie to inspect a home we were looking to purchase. To say he was thorough would be an understatement. He spent over 4 hours crawling through and over it taking over 50 pictures pointing out what was recently renovated, original structure and the repairs he also recommended. He sent a link to the complete inspection that was over 20 pages long. It was completely filled out (not a bunch of N/A?s) and went into great detail about every aspect of the home.
