They give good quick service at a reasonable price. The only draw back is sometimes they don't call to let me know when the car is finished. Sometimes I have to call them.

Kapral's was a great non-biased speaker to tell me what had been done to my vehicle. He started diagnosing my car after I gave him what clues I had. He called part way through to inform me of what he'd found, because he knew my car was less than 2 months old, and he figured the problems were under warranty. He let me know the things that had been done to my car "behind the scenes" so I had ammo going in dealing with the dealership. He never talked badly about anyone, just gave me the facts. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism, not to mention the timely manner he got it done. You can tell this place is a real honest repair shop, and that the people really care about their customers.
