Excellent work, but poor communication in setting up a date (just showed up one day) and in letting me know when the job would be finished.

It is one of the most wonderful experiences I've had with someone in my life. We called him with a few days' notice since I was going in for surgery. He shifted all of his responsibilities to come out and get it done on time. He is absolutely wonderful to work with and did a wonderful job. I would absolutely use him again.
