 + 0 moreI informed Matt I would not pay an additional down payment. I never did get my 1200.00 back after several attempts. Now I see on the local BBB he has done this to several others for even more money. It has really placed me. In a difficult situation.
Description of Work: Contracted with Mathew Hardesty to put up a vinyl fence. I gave a down payment of $1200.00. He then called back moved the install date and said his estimate was off by$1,000 and that he needed the additional amount as an additional down payment.
