Had old grout removed from slate stoop and walkway and replaced. Work was very good , workers friendly and cleaned up after done. Protected cars and open garage with plastic covers from dust created during removal of old grout. Would recommend this compant

Luis was excellent from the beginning of my project. Moved into an empty condo that needed a complete paint job. Luis was on time for the estimate clearly knew what he was doing when walking through and noticing what work needed to be done. He's very friendly, professional, motivated, and gave an excellent price for the work that was done. I was given much higher estimates from other painters. He and his brother Marco showed up on time, worked hard, efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly. I'm absolutely going to be hiring him to do some closet building and a few other tasks. 100% recommend reaching out to him for your painting needs.

Luis (owner/manager) was extremely willing to please and do a good job. Happy I chose him and his company. Would use him again. Only problem was his workers spoke little English so it was a little difficult. He finished the job earlier than expected and I am very pleased.

They were great! They redid a bedroom in my home that was to be my daughters nursery. They walked me through every step and went above and beyond. The price was great and the whole crew was awesome. They even finished a day earlier than planned! Definitely recommend them.

An amazingly fast and effecient project, provided by top shelf craftsmen. If Homeadvisor had a sixth star, we would gladly give it to them! We needed to transform a shower stall into a supply closet, while moving the shower plumbing over to an existing Jacuzzi on the other side of the dividing wall. This included installing glass bypass doors, as well as painting, caulking, plus installing a new toilet, exhaust fan and sink hardware. Not only was Luis (and his incredible crew) consistently prompt and professional, there were always courteous, considerate and attentive. They took the exact time they predicted to complete their work and left the project area spotless. Luis regularly kept us in the loop on all phases of the project, while asking relevant questions, to make sure that everything we needed and wanted got done correctly, first time, every time. Square Construction and Design are truly masters of their craft and we would recommend them in a heartbeat, with no reservations. In fact, we just hired them for another project, which is a full gut job for our old family bathroom. Cannot wait to review that job as well!!

Amazing workers can't believe the transformation, looks like a new house. from the removal of the ceiling, clean up, installation of the new sheet rock and painting both rooms. perfect work. they skim coated 2 walls to look like new walls. i come home and super happy with all the work. Great Job.

We wanted to re-grout the tile in our bathroom. Luis, the head of Square Construction contacted us promptly, gave us a reasonable estimate quickly, and started the job in a day or two. The quality of the work was excellent and the clean-up was impeccable. The men who did the job were competent and pleasant. Luis provided clear explanations of what he would do, delivered on his description, and made every effort to satisfy us (which he did).

Long time since you upgraded your home? I admit I let it go for too long. Nothing was damaged but my home was a bit worn, old-fashioned and needed some love. I decided my co-op would get updated walls, ceilings and refinished hardwood floors, and I was hoping I could get it all done before the holidays. I chose Square Construction & Design after meeting with three other companies. All their prices were about the same, in fact Square was a tiny bit more, but I choose them based on their excellent reviews. There was something about Luis, the owner, that made me trust him on the spot. He really seemed to understand what I needed, and even made a few suggestions (one saving me money!) on my design upgrade. I was told it would take three weeks, and the job was not only finished in less time, but perfectly done. My entryway, hall, living room and dining room look like new! The ceiling cracks are gone, the walls are smooth and finished with Benjamin Moore paint, and my wood floors shine. Square Construction & Designâ s crew was exceptional, too! From the initial demolition guys, to the floor specialist, to the men that did the sheetrock work â all were hard-working, efficient, friendly and clearly the best at what they do. Luis came by daily to advise his crew of the dayâ s objectives and answer any questions I had. The service and the fine work were a sound investment. This company is worth every penny! I have already recommended them to my neighbors and one of them has Square Design & Construction starting next week. I know they, and you, will be pleased with their fine work. Yesterday I contacted Home Advisor in hopes of contracting with a very good plaster/painter for a small job in my home. The job needed to be done quickly. I was immediately put in contact with Square Construction & Design Inc. and they were on the job first thing this morning. I was very pleased with their work. Luis and the Square Construction team recently completed a remodeling/renovation of my downstairs bathroom. It is a pleasure doing business with Luis. He is an honest businessman and a true gentleman. All of the craftsmen at Square Construction are diligent professionals who take great pride in their work. They would arrive by 8:00 a.m. and would work a full day until 5:00 p.m. Once the job was expertly completed, they cleaned up everything and removed any debris from the project. I highly recommend Square Construction and look forward to hiring Luis and his team for future projects.

Luis Rebaza and his Square team were pleasant, efficient, competent, extremely neat. The leaky shower pan was repaired and necessary pipes were replaced (apparently properly!). Collateral repair/restoration work on shower tiles and Armstrong ceiling tiles was well done.

Luis is wonderful to work with-very pleasant, professional, and responsive. His team was terrific, as well. You can see he takes great pride in his work and wants to make sure you are satisfied. I was up against a tight deadline, and he helped me meet it. I highly recommend Square Construction.

A bit expensive.

We are super happy with Square Construction and Design, we had them to remodel our basement bathroom and remove a useless window. Everyone was very professional, polite and they worked quickly. Work was done in 7-10 business days. My parents and I are very pleased with the work provided. While it was dusty they cleaned up after themselves no debris only dust and not a mountain of dust because we covered items and so did they. We are very happy customers.
