Where do I begin? Ramesh was outstanding! I have hired many professionals over the years for countless hours of repairs and renovations. Ramesh was one of the most conscientious, hard working, kind , and perfectionist individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He is an artist when it comes to cleaning, sealing and re-caulking a bathroom. The before and after pics are difficult to see, but take my word for it? the difference is startling. He went above and beyond in all aspects of our job. In addition, he is such a personable and kind man. I just enjoyed talking with him on a personal level. Of course, his craft and workmanship is what most impressed me. I realize now there were so many shortcuts he could have taken. He didn?t. If you need work related to tile repair, grouting, caulking or overall cleaning, look no further than Ramesh. Used him about 7 years ago. This is the second time I used him. Very happy with the results He is punctual, professional, respectful, listens to customer and always try to accommodate his customer and explain to his customer the steps he will take to complete the job. I highly recommended hiim. His pricing is also very fair and competitive.

I don't know about you, but I am sick of promises made by a contractor, but not kept, no-shows, or eagerness at the beginning of the job - until they begin working on another. What convinced me to hire Ramesh over other contractors who seemed capable were the reviews concerning his work ethic. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I made a mess of the stone tiles in my bathroom. Ramesh worked his magic - he cleaned and replaced tiles (shower, walls, and floor), then stained and sealed the grout -- the stone is absolutely beautiful! The room looks better than the day the stone was first installed. If you are looking for a professional who is skilled, careful, professional, keeps work and surrounding areas clean, hold it - hold it- COMMUNICATES, AND takes absolute pride in his work - call Ramesh. Would I recommend him? Yes, without hesitation. Heck, I was looking for other things for him to do!

Ramesh was great. I had a list of items I needed to have fixed in my bathrooms and kitchen. He cleaned and replaced grout, and caulk in my bathrooms and kitchen. He also replaced two broken towel bar tiles. He did such a great job I added a few more caulking items to the list. He was kind enough to squeeze them all in. He is nice and courteous, and very, very clean. I have had workers in the past leave garbage and a trail of dirt out of the house. Not Ramesh, he cleaned everything. He even vacuumed. He left my home cleaner then he found it. What a bonus! I highly recommend Epic Express USA Inc. I will definitely hire him again for all my grout and caulking needs.
