General Remodeling
The sub contractors all did a reasonable job. The problem I had was
dealing with Anthony, the owner of the company. I signed a contract with
him to do the entire job from A to Z, for a fee of $50,000. My mistake
was that I signed an open ended contract with him. He literally made up
things to charge me extra money. IE: in my original contract he was to
install Loop Lock Cover for $3005.00, he said if I signed the contract
today that he guarantees the price. Yet he billed me $3700 dollars for
no reason other than he could as provide by the open ended contract. He
always had a reason, although fabricated, why he was charging more money
than the contract. He scammed me on just about every item in the
contract that he could. I absolutely recommend you avoid this company .
