Ater ten years of enjoying our patio, the Kelly brothers did not hesitate to return to our home to make a simple step repair they thought might compromise our safety. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Booked an estimate for 40 foot trees to be removed and replaced with privacy shrubs along 100 foot property line After they rescheduled me several times. The owner called the morning of estimate to tell me he didn't know I was on his schedule. Also that he would make sure to come by end of day to provide estimate. He never came never called me. Working with Kelly Brothers was the best experience I had working with contractors. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations at every level. I went to KB in May with the idea of having a pool and some landscape work done. Immediately talking with Kevin, you can feel the passion he has for designing amazing backyards. He came out to my house and evaluated the property and what my needs were. Of the 2 other landscape "designers" I had over, KB was the only one that had a vision and not just standard pavers and flowers around a pool. Before Kevin left, he had a hand sketch of ideas for the entire backyard area. It was unique to my yard and needs. It was amazing to say the least. Pool was delayed due to permit issues but once it was complete KB got to work. The crew was extremely friendly. They had no problems explaining what they were doing or answering any of my questions. They had to work in the cold muddy mess due to the rain but they did an amazing job. I was completely blown away how it all came together. They made some on-the- spot changes that really made a difference. These guys are a mix of architecture, artistry, and craftsmanship, The final product was jaw-dropping. I cannot wait until the spring to see the trees bloom, the tall grass sprout with the new pool. As for cost, I will admit, like most homeowners, given the cost of the pool I was on a fairly low budget of about 12K. After Kevin was done with the FULL YARD design, we went over what the best way to spend that 12K. That was the best part. While the full plan was well beyond 30K for the entire yard, he came up with a way to get some core items done and leaving some other things for "Later on". This way I can commit dollars to backyard projects over the years instead of in one shot. This was by far the best thing ever. I felt like he was building a long-term relationship rather than just a simple 1-and-done job for max dollars. In the end, I was able to bump the budget to about 15k as the wife really wanted a good amount of shrubs done this year. The end result is nothing short of spectacular. Completely exceeded my expectations (and hers - not easy!). In fact, it was so good, I put a deposit down on the next backyard project for next year. Now I know why Kelly Brothers has been around for 2+ decades - superior work.

The best part of the experience was, the owner of the company was very helpful. The worse part of the job was, the owner of the company should have been at the job. His workers weren't as strong as he was.

Everything looks great. They cleaned up everything before they left. The yard looks great. The actual scheduling process was quite tedious with multiple phone calls going unanswered.

I went to showroom and discussed the job with them.
They promised to visit and make an estimate.
I waited, but they never came.
They never called back nor visited site.
After I called them a few times, and received excuses and more promises, I finally gave up and went elsewhere.

All work went smoothly and transformed the front of the house

All went very well. The men worked in brutally hot temps and did a beautiful job

had contract for complete clean up he sent 3 workers on saturday the
lead worker was excellent however he also sent a new worker who i my
opinion had no idea of what to do and at the price that i was quoted
$2,300.00 i would have liked professional people he had to return on
monday and only 2 workers showed up i called the office to ask why they
would start working in back yard when the front wasn't even finished i
couldn't be there when bill showed up i had a hospital appointment when i
returned there was no one there i again called office to learn bill had
pulled workers and all tools leaving me a message that we were not
working out and i should find another company !! he said i cursed out
employees and was nasty on the phone , i was nothing less than
hospitable to employees offering them drinks and bathroom facilities to
use , he left my property in shambles shrubs half trimmed piles of
leaves and branches all over the place so user beware !!!!!!!

I would use them again. They did a great job of downing the tree and cutting into usable pieces. We have an acre of property and they raked and cleaned up our front and back yard.

Kelly Bros. took our vision for our new backyard and expanded the idea and came up with a plan that turned out just fabulous. We now have a backyard that is usable and beautiful and has that and quot;woodsy feeland quot; to it. From start to finish these guys are pros with every task and if a problem arised during the construction of the project it was resolved later the same day or the very next morning. Yes, you'll pay a little more for their services but you get quality that is worth it !!

I called and made an appointment for a free estimate to which it was cancelled by the owner a couple days in advance. We rescheduled for the following weekend. When the guy finally showed up he gave me more reasons why he didn't want to do the job then why he was interested. He then noticed I had some excess wood laying around on the property and asked if he could take it. In the matter of seconds he had his truck backed up and loaded with my materials. I can still smell the rubber from his tires as his truck sped off yelling out the window he'll email me the estimate. Two weeks later I am still waiting....thanks, I'll pass.

I was contacted by one of the owners a couple of days after posting this review. He apologized for not providing an estimate in a timely fashion. He said that their office computers had crashed and all of their attention was directed in getting them back on line. We tried to work out a solution to the materials that were taken from my property and when that fell through he mailed me a check. I did not ask for any money but it was a nice gesture. My review has been updated to reflect this.

They came to the house and I spoke to them. They were very nice. Everything was great. They were very prompt with the estimate. It was just way too expensive. I did not move forward on the project.

Gave me a time frame on 6:30-7:30 to come by to give me an estimate. They never showed up and never called. To me punctuality and responsiveness to getting new business is paramount to how you run your whole business is run. A big warning sign for me. I'm going with another company.

Kelly Brothers was highly recommended to me by a family member who did their house 2 years prior. What an amazing job. From the pool, landscaping, lighting, and pavers with the driveway, it all looked like a million dollars was spent. I emailed Kelly Brothers and in 2 days they got back to me and sent Bill over for an estimate. I was very impressed by his vision for the back yard. Their crew was here about 12 days and we had all the beds reshaped and mulched, new beds added, flagstone work done, flagstone pedestal for the stone bird bath, and a gorgeous flagstone wall shaped like an S with landscaping on the top and bottom. Bill picked the perfect accent flowering shurbs and plants to go in all the beds. The crew was very nice and every time i had a question to ask , they where more then happy to answer me. They always left the yard clean and neat after they day was done. Bill was never to busy to get back to me by email or come by when we wanted to add something new to the project. When it was completed, the yard was left spotless like nothing was ever done. It all looked amazing. I am still amazed how perfect the crew reshaped all the landscaping beds and how they all blended into each other. Its so perfect!! I would defiantly recommend Kelly Brothers for your next yard project. As i write this angies ad, Kelly Brothers is doing phase 3 and 4. A new custom tool shed and outdoor lighting in the back and front yards. I have already told Bill that we plan to use his company again next year when we add a new patio with a fire pit and side walk way to the drive after the extenstion is finished.

I told him I need a quote to compare. He told me that they were too big for me. I told them that was rude, you shouldn't assume that your price will be too high.

The project took approximately one week. Everyday when the workers were done they cleaned up the area. The pavers and landscaping look amazing. I knew they would do a great job because they landscaped my front yard several years ago and it transformed the look of my house. Kelly Brothers are true professionals and I would highly recommend them.

We have used them twice, once in October and also in November. They were a little expensive, but they did great work overall. The boss always came out with the crew to make sure that everything went well. They did everything professionally. I really liked them.

Looks great! we have been getting lots of compliments on it.

The customer service was above and beyond. I would use him in the future if we needed landscaping work done.

They had great suggestions in the planning phase with regards to layout and materials. We did the work in preparation for selling our home and, they had a great sense of the balance of cost and aesthetics for us. They did the work on time and efficiently, and were ready to start within two weeks of our first contact with them (this is after several months of runaround from another business). The place looks fantastic- they really captured what we were going for and brought out the best in our place. My favorite part: they noticed on the first day they came that I had a rope around the front gate to keep my 2 year old reined in, and every single time they left the property they made sure that rope was back around the gate.
