JC DISCOUNT OIL

The staff was very tentative. The owners were very caring and took initiative to make sure there were no issues. Highly trust office workers were amazing. Would only go here for all needs !!!

Their prices were also very competitive, and one of the lowest prices per gallon. The key is the courteous driver who made it up my difficult driveway, and the pleasant women staffing the phones that set me up on auto delivery. They get Five Stars, and two thumbs up from me!!!

They we on time and done within 30 minutes.

Me and my wife are new homeowners.The.Aquastat on the burner was set too low which caused the problem.The company said our burner is too old and they would not be coming back to service it until we bought a new one.
This was our first time calling them.It wasn't like we called them numerous times with the same problem.!
If they don't want to come for a service us then fine .I wont be calling them for oil or when I replace the burner!

I switched from a full service oil dealer to JC Discount about 2 years ago.  They have done an annual cleaning 2 times- serviceman was professional and the work was neat.  I am on automatic delivery for my fuel oil.  What I particualrly like is that they accept credit cards for payments which allows me to accumulate rewrads point.  My former full service dealer would not accept credit cards.

There were stepping stone bricks in front of the house which were grossly skewed out of position from the delivery that was performed. (Apparently the heavy hose that is connected to the tank went across the walkway and pushed the blocks substantially out of position.) This, it seems was 99% certain to draw the attention of the worker who made the delivery. He obviously did not give a d*** about customer service. Thus, this company is not worth using again. To accommodate incompetence is to agree to its continuation. I do not agree!

Fair price for home heating oil. They accept credit card with a 3 cent surcharge per gallon.
