 + -1 moreJoyce is an absolute pleasure to deal with and has no problem handling even our two crazy boys! She came to our house to meet with us and the dogs. We discussed everything up front. We also have a shepherd/hound mix and 2 dachshunds that she needs to deal with while getting the other guys out of the house for their walk. How she manages that is beyond me! She's reliable and flexible. She has a key to our house and we trust her 100%. If you need a dog walker please go with Joyce...she won't let you down!!
Description of Work: We have two sighthounds walked 2 days a week. We have an Ibizan Hound and a Pharaoh Hound that are extremely active. On the days that we are at work all day they were wrecking our house so we decided a good walk would tire them out.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I trust Joyce and her husband (whoever is scheduled to come on a particular day) to take very good care of our dog, Winston, when we are at work. We've been using their services since May 2014. They are very reliable, friendly, and genuine pet lovers.
Description of Work: Joyce from Happy Tails lets my dog out in my fenced yard, supervises him, plays with him, provides him with fresh water, etc. about 3 times a week when my husband and I are not home and there is no other family member that can take care of him.

Description of Work: Joyce from Happy Tails is wonderful. She has been doing pet sitting for me about three times a week for the past 2.5 months. During each session, she takes my dog out, plays with him, refreshes his water, etc. She leaves me a note every day so that I know what is going on with my dog Winston. Sometimes she even leaves little gifts for Winston such as toys. I highly recommend Happy Tails.

 + 1 moreI have been using Happy Tails for over 10 years. Kevin and Joyce are very nice people and lover of animals. They have devoted over 25 years to taking care of animals. Their love for animals is shown by the way they take care of our pets. I trust them with our pets and know they are getting good care. We like the fact that our pets can stay in their home and receive great care. They will come as many times as you want and will also stay overnight if necessary. They are licensed and bonded and their reputation speaks for itself. We love Happy Tails!
Description of Work: Happy Tails came 3 times a day for 2 days to take care of my dog and cat. Came early in the morning, afternoon and night. Played with our dog for a while outside. Cleaned out litter box, took in our mail, will administer any medications too if needed. Will come as many times as you want. Leaves little treats and toys for animals.

 + -1 moreThey do dog clean up service. The lady is Joyce and she is the sweetest person you would ever want to meet. She does her job with good nature, a smile and a laugh. She is extremely reliable. She is here every week. She packages the product and leaves it on the curb for the garbage man to pick up at my request. She always leaves a little doggy bag with some doggy biscuits in it for my dog. It's like a little goody bag or some presents which she hangs on the door. They look forward to that. She is also always very careful to close the gate after she leaves which is very important because I have had service people come and leave my backyard with the gate open which is not good when you have dogs. She cleans up after two large dogs.
Description of Work: I used the service of Got Poop for dog clean up service.
