Stay away from this man Sandro he is no good. We hired him to do a Bathroom Remodel. He had worked on a friends bathroom while he was working for a Kitchen and Bathroom showroom in Coram, that is no longer in business, and he did some other handy man stuff for our friends after he left that company. We were really excited about getting started with Sandro he gave us a really good price, and came off nice and seemed credible. Once the bathroom was completely ripped out he said it was more complicated then he thought and would need more money, a lot more putting his price well above our first choice. We said we went with him because of his price and now he was coming in several thousand dollars more than the other guy. Wow! We couldnt beleive it and he already had a 1/3 deposit our bathroom was ripped out and we had no choice. So we eventually came to an agreement and gave him more money. The tile work was sloppy and we had to keep having him replace crooked and protruding tile. We gave up and just let it go on the last day he came to get paid and put up the towel racks. Next day my basement is flooded, and the bathroom wall is soaked through. Sandro says it was not his problem because we had old plumbing in the house and refused to fix it. We had to get a plumber and found Sandro or his helper put a screw through the pipe while installing towel rack.

Carl & his guys were terrific! George & Julio came on time everyday they gutted the whole kitchen they put up new walls, ceilings, cabinets and porcelain floor tiles. I have no complaints with their work at all. They did a beautiful job. Carl coordinated everything with the electrician and it worked out perfect. If we had any questions Carl called us right away. I will definitely call Carl again when we are ready for our next renovation!

Beautiful job! Sandro and his crew were excellent. We could not be happier with the work that was done. Not only did FRM do great construction work but they were friendly and fairly priced. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. We will definitely be using them in the future!

It went so smooth. He is very honest which is hard to find nowadays from contractors.  He was punctual and his guys cleaned up after every day of leaving my home.  He was SUPER detailed.  We used him two times already and I am asking him to come back to add custom molding.  Hands down, I recommend this man!

Job moving along well, arrived on-time, cleans up after work, very polite man.  Price was right.
