a nightmare, this person is a chronic con artist, and will lie to your face repeatedly to get paid and get out. Everything he promised was renegged upon, he was late in showing up, hired sub-optimal people to do trim, plumbing, whatever in order to keep his cost down, then jacked up the estimate by adding additional work vouchers. I had to literally kick out several of the people who doing the work, one was an alcoholic/drug abuser who kept hitting on my children... In the end, he left with all the garbage from his work on my driveway, promising to pick it up, and never gave me the paperwork to get the certificate of occupancy or arrange the inspections from the town building dept. But the worst thing was when he came and tried to cut an arch over the entrance into the addition by hand, it was horrendous. He also designed the bathroom plumbing to come up vertically through the floor, instead of out of a wall, so we were unable to use a purchased sink, and the shower tub he brought from a warehouse, it was a piece of junk that someone else had probably returned, he bought it and quickly glued in into the addition, then charged us 3 times the price. This guy has a long history of doing poor construction, stay away!!!!!!!!
