They were very good! They were very responsive. They set up an appointment right away. They came when they said they would and were very professional.

Emerald Electric seemed too expensive. He needed one screw to fix the wall switch and charged me $10 for it. He came in earlier than expected which was not so great because I was not ready for it. He was nice and competent but it was quite simple electrical work and I feel like it was too expensive.

I called Emerald Electric to install a dedicated 20A circuit for a bathroom sump pump. The pump had been plugged into an outlet that would draw down the lights in my home, and more than likely, lessen the working life of my pump. Michael arrived and did the job neatly and effectively. I originally found Emerald Electric on Angie's List a few years ago and have done business with them on several occassions. I took the Angie's List reccomendation and have never been disappointed since. Please call Emerald Electric when considering electrical work. I have a low tolerance for unprofessional contractors. Thankfully, once I called Emerald, my electrician woes have been over. Always professional and always fair.

It was excellent. The job was done quickly, and the price was great. It was a small job, but Michael treated us as if we were spending a lot of money...and we will definitely use him again for larger jobs in the future.

Everything was good, and he was very quick. He came when he said he would come. He was very professional and very considerate. He was concerned with keeping everything clean and neat, which was good. His price was worth the work that he did for me. I would recommend him to other people, and I would use him again.

They were punctual and clean. Everything came out perfect. They were early for the appointment and they were professional. We have already referred them to a few people.

Mike was here exactly when he said he would be. His work was great! We would have him back in a heartbeat. Actually there is some work in the kitchen we need done.

I called on Wednesday, set appointment for Friday morning. Michael called Friday @9:30 to get into my community (a gated one) and came in and 30 minutes later everything was done. He left no mess, he was a man who knew what he was doing. He is an insured licensed electrician. While here he gave me 2 other quotes which I will use him for.

This is the 2nd time I've used Emerald Electric. If you want an electrician who is professional and gets customer service (a rare combination) then call them. I am a discerning person in all that I do...I'm the type of person who is more likely to hand out a D or F on Angie's list ...A rare "A" is Emerald Electric for Long Island's electrical needs. Emerald Electric deserves a consideration call.

Mike was on time as promised, provided the service close to his original estimate, cleaned up after himself and was pleasant the whole time he was there.

Emerald Electric gave me an estimate over the phone, but lowered the price when he actually saw what needed to be completed. The pricing was fair and Michael, who is the president of the company was professional and honest. This company is worth at least calling if you have electric needs.

The overall experience was excellent. The workers were very pleasant, they showed up on time, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely call them again for my next electrical problem.

Picture this, it's Thanksgiving Eve, I turn on a switch, and half the lights in house go out. I flip all the circuits, but that does not work. I called Emerald 1st thing Thanksgiving morning. He came over within an hour, as promised. Thankfully, it was not a big job, a different switch needed replacement and now everything is working. Thankfully, since it is Thanksgiving, my family will be none the wiser, of the morning's fiasco! I am thankful too for such fair pricing on a holiday. I will absolutely call Emerald 1st for all my electrical work!

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS RELIABLE AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE WORK QUOTED WAS THE WORK PERFORMED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AS WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ELECTRICITY IN THE BASEMENT. THEY WERE COMPETITIVELY PRICED.
