I LIKED THE SALESMAN BECAUSE HE WAS HONEST, UPFRONT AND VERY PATIENT WITH ME. THE WORK WAS GUARANTEED. THEY WORKERS DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY CLEAN, NEAT AND NICE. MY KITCHEN FLOOR LOOKS GORGEOUS.

THE CARPETING WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT AN AREA IN THE HALLWAY CAME LOOSE, BUT THEY ARE DEPENDABLE. THEY RETURNED TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITHIN A WEEK.
