Excellent, would hire again. Was prompt and took care of the problem the same day he came to look at the issue

We left a message for Mr. Gross on a Sunday evening, and he called back first thing Monday morning. He was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and gave me advice on buying a faucet. Once we had the faucet, we contacted him and arranged a time for the work to be done. He was on time, even a little early, and was able to fix the problem and put in the new faucet. He was professional, up front, and easy to work with.

He showed up on time. Did all the work at the price estimated. A good job all the way around. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

He does the plumbing job perfectly. He is outstanding!

I had another contractor that couldn't find my water main, and Chuck found it right away. He didn't charge me when he saw that I needed a new burner, and I will have him do the work when he gets a new one to install for me. He's very down to earth, honest, and doesn't play any games.
