We left a message for Mr. Gross on a Sunday evening, and he called back first thing Monday morning. He was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and gave me advice on buying a faucet. Once we had the faucet, we contacted him and arranged a time for the work to be done. He was on time, even a little early, and was able to fix the problem and put in the new faucet. He was professional, up front, and easy to work with.

I had another contractor that couldn't find my water main, and Chuck found it right away. He didn't charge me when he saw that I needed a new burner, and I will have him do the work when he gets a new one to install for me. He's very down to earth, honest, and doesn't play any games.
