Rich and his team are nothing but professionals. This is the second time we have used them (original patio with walls and lighting) and we would NEVER go with anyone else. Their constant focus on precise work and impeccable attention to detail goes beyond words. They were here on time every morning without delay and worked the entire day. No mess ever left behind and no shortcuts taken. When I finally decided to pull the trigger on a major backyard overhaul, I went out and got pricing from 2 different contractors.  Bella Fleur was actually $2000 more than the other guy.  When I met with Rich, something in the back of my mind told me to spend the extra money because this guy was so passionate about his work, and photos of what he's done in the past were amazing!  I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am that I made that decision.  He's not even done yet, but I'm blown away every time I walk into my back yard. He started the job when he said he would (which is important to me) and the progress after just a few days is unbelievable.  I never thought I could have the satisfying feeling that you wouldn't expect to have when dealing with most people.  I've had a handful of contractors work at my house over the years, and I have to say the none of them are as easy to deal with as Rich.  His ideas are great, his crew is wonderful, and the work speaks for itself.  I've already got seat walls, a fire pit, and the pool coping looks AMAZING!!!.  I couldn't be happier, so I had to share.  THANKS RICH!!!!  Keep up the good work!!!!!!

When doing a home improvement project such as this one you have a vision of how you want it to look and when it turns out even better than your vision its so exciting.  When I was considering contractors for this job I wanted one who was going to work with me on creating that vision and who I felt comfortable with and  Richard has been all that.
Right from the first meeting I saw he was a professional and someone who took pride in his work.  He was always on time, keep in contact with me, worked with and met with the electrician who had to run lines for the Jacuzzi.  He always explained things and would outline areas showing me what it would look like and what my options were...all very helpful especially in the placement of the Jacuzzi. He was always positive and friendly and wanted to be sure we were happy with the outcome..put me at ease and always answered any questions we had.
The layout and design of the work is beautiful...the cultured stone work on the front of the house is done perfectly...this was one area I was anxious about as I have seen some really overdone work that added nothing to the house.  Richard and his crew laid out each area first, then cut and fit each piece, the color and shading beautiful..the final result adds so much to the house and compliments all the other work done. 
Richard and his crew showed up on time each day..did the job and cleaned up at the end of the day..leaving us to enjoy what they had done.  Early on Richard said "he hoped he could made my dreams come true" and he has. I love just sitting and looking at it all!  I have already had so many compliments on the work done...a absolutely beautiful job...thank you Richard and the crew from Bella Fleur Landscape Design.

They were honest and hardworking. I'm very happy with the finished product. The owner was very nice and honest. He was not on site so much, but he was within a phone calls reach. I was very happy with their work.
