ALL OF THE SEWER WAS COMING BACK UP IN THE BASEMENT DRAIN. WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BUT THIS COMPANY KNEW WHAT TO DO AND DID IT. THEY MADE SURE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL TO ME OF HOW IT MAY HAVE HAPPENED.
