Initial impression of the company was positive. Salesperson was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He recommended a child safety lock for the fence since we were planning on getting a pool. We installed a 6 foot fence and gate. However, my wife was unable to open the gate from the backyard due to the size of the gate (6 feet) and the child safety lock. The child safety lock is only on one side of the fence and she would have had to reach over the gate to open the lock. Since she is not over 6 feet tall, she couldn't open it. I had issues opening it as well. I spoke to the sales person to ask why he recommended that lock with that height fence. The sales person, son of the owner, could not answer my question and I was told I would receive a call back. The owner called back and was incredibly rude, asking me what I wanted him to do. I said I didn't know since I wasn't the fence expert. I wanted a fence that I could open from both sides. He hung up on me, yelled at me and my wife, and called me an a**. I then learned that they didn't even install the correct gate. He installed a section of a fence and turned it into a gate. The manufacturer of the fence has a specific gate which they did not install. I had to have another company come and install the proper gate and fix the issues.
