Rubber Duck Plumbing

My kitchen pipe was cracked and flooding my kitchen. Rubber duck plumbing was responsive and affordable. They cane to fix it right away!

It was great! they came the next day, they were prompt, professional, they were neat, the work is great, no leaking and explained everything to me, no hidden agendas.

Joseph accomondated me by coming at 6 am in the morning so I could leave for work on time.  He was very prompt and professional.  He completed the repairs in a timely fashion.  He told me exactly what the problem was and the cost prior to performing the repairs so there were no surprises. The repairs were completed without any problems.  He ensured the area was throoughly cleaned afterwards.  I like his work and would use him again for all my plumbing needs without hesitation.

We hired this individual; Joe Nohs  based on his word that he provides a quality service. It soon became apparent that he was lacking any customer service skills and was argumentative regarding minor changes. He actually performed improper work by using pex tubing from a Kohler tub/shower fixture to the tub filer. When the finish work was performed and after tiling the shower head leaks when filling the tub. Other plumbers have told me the cause is the use of pex tubing instead up using the instructed copper tubing from the tub filler to the Kohler tub/shower faucet.
