Great company Within a half hour I got s Call back for an estimate. Then someone passed by with an estimate about an hour later because they wete the area Price was extremely competitive. Sent a crew over later that morning and did the job Cut up the fallen tree, cleaned the area up- just great!!!!!

They did an excellent job, came when they said they would. Cleaned up. Very reasonably priced.

It went well. They returned my call right away, stopped by and arranged to get the job done. Price was very competitive. They were quick cutting the branches and cleaning up, very professional. Will hire again.

The men did an outstanding job of trimming many large branches, thinning the overhanging tree cover and cutting down dead trees. We now have much more sunlight and are in no danger of having limbs fall on our roof or driveway, always a worry in heavily wooded areas. The crew was extremely helpful and polite. Everything was left spotless - all debris removed, roof and other areas raked or blown clean. We are extremely happy with this company.

The job was done safely, efficiently and without and damage to the surrounding lawn or property. Clean up was fantastic.

They showed up promptly and completed the job much faster than I thought it would take. There wasn't close access to park the truck. In addition my complex is on a main street. They did not complain, but rather figured out a way to get it in closest proximity to the work as possible, even if it meant carrying the remnants a distance. The crew was polite and very professional. They left no debris at all in the area. Their price was reasonable in comparison to other prices. Would definitely use this company again.

This is the second time i have used Robert Jones Tree Service. Previously they had pruned and trimmed many of the overgrown trees around the property.
I arranged for them to come and remove a very large pine tree in my parents driveway; this tree is in excess of 100ft tall and probably 50-60 years old so it was quite sizable. Further complicating things was most of the larger limbs were overhanging the utility and power lines leading to the house.
Robert's crew showed up on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently. In just four hours the entire tree was taken down; quite impressive! The crew cleaned up the driveway after they were finished and left 'no trace' that the job even took place that morning.
What i most like about Robert is that he RETURNS CALLS! Leave a voice mail and he almost always calls back before the following day. He comes out quickly to do estimates and gave his honest opinion with questions i had; at no time did i feel like i was being pressed into more services i didn't want.
I will continue to use and recommend Robert Jones Tree Service for any future work.

He did what we contracted for with no drama of disturbance andmoved on to next customer. No problems at all.

Roberts team was very punctual and precise. This was an extremely tall tree and Robert was on the job the whole time.

They came at a very busy time, right after a big storm. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job. I would recommend them to others.

Jones Tree Service and owner Bob Jones were wonderful to deal with. They cut down a very large Oak tree at the corner of my house. They did a fine a job and removed all debris. It was especially tricky, as many large limbs were directly over the roof. They made a "science " out of it and very carefully tied up each limb before cutting so it could be safely lowered to the ground without causing any damage to my house. It wasn't cheap ($1500) but it was a job well done.

It was fine. I thought their pricing was reasonable. He was on time. He was very professional. The guys came in when they were supposed to, did what they had to do and cleaned up. They did a good job. Everything was fine.

They were great when they came to the house and he was just fantastic. My husband spoke to him a couple of times and he was happy to negotiate. He was just very easy to work with. We discussed the prices when they came because taking down two trees was expensive, so he sort of worked with us on how we could make sure that they looked okay. He also made sure to work off our budget. He was there the whole time the work was done and his team was fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and it was just a fantastic experience. He even said he was going to come at a specific time and he did. I also thought his price was good.

Estimate same day I called. Helped with permit forms. Great guy, great price, professional, thorough crew, on site himself.

They were phenomenal. They were very professional. Robert Jones, himself, came over. He had a crew and did the work. They really exceeded our expectations. Ironically after the big storm that came through, all the tree services were inundated with work and we tried to get hold of them to have them do more work, but we could never get through. They did the work exactly as they said and there were no questions about additional charges or anything like that. They were absolutely great. We had contacted two services and they were $100 less.
