AWFUL!! Do Not Use! They didnt show for first appointment, unfortunately I get them another chance.....Big Mistake! Another time they canceled last minute, after I had already changed my schedule to be here. I was told 3 weeks for doors to be ready, ended up being almost 6 weeks. After doors were installed I noticed scratches in the glass. Than I couldnt shower w/o water going all over bath floor. Also the doors rocked back & forth so much I was afraid they would break. They came & added a track to what was supposed to be a trackless shower. When they came to fix doors that didnt go well either, they still rattle & rock, just not as much. While fixing that they scratcher shower rail. I was told that was the best they can do. Than door handle came loose, while fixing that they scratched handle. As far as scratches go I was told scratches are inherent in glass. So now my coated shower doors I paid more money for are compromised. Also the rubber seal between doors that is supposed to keep water from getting out doesn't sit flush, there is a gap so water gets between doors & on floor. They eventually came to replace scratched handle, which is now loose again & it leaks water on the outside of door. This has been going on for months, I already had to be here 8 times for them to fix & nothing is fixed, not to mention something has been damaged almost every time! Rennie keeps telling me he will make it right but hasn't. How many people can loose 8 days @ work? At one point he told me i didnt bu a fish tank....no i didnt but should be able to take a shower w/o water every where. He also told me another time he couldnt get here because he was busy, everyone wants shower doors. Really i already paid you for shower doors that are damaged & leak. His mother actually said, "you are using your shower aren't you". Yes i am, i also was using it w/a $10. shower curtain. After many many phone calls, visit to store to get copies of work sheets, which they refused to give me, &all the times I had to make myself available, nothing is fixed!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I had a very positive experience with Rennie, Debbie, and the rest of the team at OMG Shower Doors. I would definitely use them again. I had read reviews on Angie's List before contracting with them. Based on those reviews, I did make sure to stay in constant contact regarding my expectations, and confirming that what was requested was shipped from the factory to make sure there wouldn't be any unpleasant surprises during installation. And, in fact, I did make some changes at the final review stage, while meeting with Rennie in-person at his store, which was critical in us getting what we wanted, even though it may have cost us slightly more for those upgrades, Overall, our strategy worked out very well, because the team was very responsive, and everything went as planned. No problems whatsoever.

The price was reasonable, and would've come in cheaper, except we did decide to splurge on a few items (and I'm glad we did). For example, we got the glass with reduced iron content, since we had white subway tile on the walls, and it was important for us for the glass to be as clear in color as possible, so as not to show any undesirable color contrast. We also included the treated glass to make it easier to clean and more hassle-free. We upgraded to a Victorian chrome door handle. Finally, we opted for chrome latches only, and no chrome colored liners to support the glass. Great job. Great work. Great people. My only advice would be to have an idea of what you want before going into this. Actually meet Rennie at his store and look at the samples he has. Stay in contact during the process, and make sure to have a final consultation before the order is placed.

The installer had great attention to detail.  It took a while, but everything was spotless and perfect when they left.  Also someone came by to inspect and validate the work that was done before they wrapped up for the day.

I contacted Rennie "the owner" after he was recommended to me.  We just
finished a renovation and needed custom shower doors for two bathrooms.  
Rennie
came and took measurements promptly.  The next day he emailed over a
proposal and we agreed on a price.  Most would be paid in cash but a
portion would go on my Credit Card for a deposit.
The doors took
about 2 weeks to be manufactured.  Rennies crew came and installed both.
 We noticed that one set of doors had what appeared to be a haze to
them.  They looked dirty but the installer said it will go away in a few
days of showering.  
The doors never got better.  The haze
seems to be on the inside of the glass.  Rennie at first seemed
concerned and promised to get someone to look at it right away.  After 2
cancelled appointments Rennie asked for more pictures to send to the
manufacturer.
After I sent more pictures on Nov 4 I never heard
back again.  I called a few times but I was always told by Deb that
Rennie was out of the office.  I never got a call back.
I decided I had to put a claim into my CC.  I have brand new shower doors that look dirty and cannot be cleaned.  
Again
I have never heard back from Rennie.  The last communication was Nov 4.
When he was supposed to come look and never showed up.  Instead he just
emailed asking for more photos.  The CC has refunded me the portion
that was out on the CC but that was only 30% of what I paid him.
