I give Jacobs Ladder the highest recommendation possible and will certainly use Rich and his company again in the future! Rich is a high-quality spackler. He was always on time and flexible with his schedule. The project consisted of a newly-sheetrocked room, several areas throughout the house that needed repair and the relocation of a utility door due to recent plumbing work that needed rehanging and wall patch work associated with it. Rich completed each of these quickly and professionally with quality results. I am incredibly pleased. Rich is easy to talk with and clearly explained the project and his approach. Some people act a certain way because they feel they must in order to get the job or get a good review. Others act a certain way because they are good people. Rich is clearly a good person. What you see is who he is. I highly recommend Rich and his company, Jacobs Ladder.
