We have been in business for 30 years servicing customers from So. Hampton to Howard Beach. Provide all equipment for all cleaning services provided. Four experienced girls will clean your house thoroughly and not take up your day. We expect to get paid each time cleaning is performed.

I have been using Cyclone for a few months now have always been very happy with the job they do. They have always been there when scheduled even after snowstorms. Prices are fair and payment is easy. They bring all their own supplies.

I, with my three housemates, hired Cyclone Cleaning Corp to clean the very large home that we will be living in this year. The house had been left in quite a state so a deep clean was definitely necessary. It was a massive job and the team was fully up to the task. The place is sparklingly clean now! It was $140/hr for a team of four wonderful women that did an amazing job. They were kind, professional, speedy (~4hrs for the whole house). I couldn't be happier with how the place turned out.

All is all, it went well. One or two minor things i think could have been better but i'm a perfectionist so my standards are pretty high. Gina was kind and responsive, the women were respectful and hard working. I will likely hire them again.

Very well! Gina called me right after I “reserved” the service on Angies List. I explained the situation and her team was out to the apartment the next morning. They were prompt and very courteous. They did an excellent job. 4 women worked for 2.5 hours. The price was fair.

I’ve had Cyclone cleaning in twice so far and have hired them to come on a regular basis. They get the house clean quickly but thoroughly—cyclone is a good name! Gina is easy to reach and easy to deal with.

Gina and her employees were great! My house hasn’t been this clean in ages. She was even early! And the name suits the company perfectly. They were whirlwinds through the house, but still extremely thorough.

Not well. They didn't move furniture to clean underneath. There were cobwebs still on the ceiling. I could barely tell that they were there.

Gina and her crew were amazing. They arrived on time and with all the best products and tools for the job. They were extremely thorough And left the house looking like new again. She came with 4 highly efficient cleaners who handled the job with ease. I would recommend Gina and her crew anytime and will be using her now on a biweekly basis.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Gina and her staff. They were prompt, professional, friendly and very thorough. They did everything that was asked of them and more. I am now having them come once a month to help with the maintenance of my home. It's wonderful to have all the work done in just an hour. I hired Gina's team almost 2 years ago while I was pregnant and was pretty impressed at how thorough her team was in a short amount of time. I've hired various cleaning services since then but Gina's was always the best- so now I've hired them back for a monthly reoccurring service. Gina is always responsive and I don't have to wait all day for my house to be cleaned. Cyclone is an accurate description!! Strongly recommend.

Regina (the owner) stated she has been a professional housekeeper for 34 years, she has her own professional equipment, disinfectants and would provide us with a team of 5 people to disinfect the house. She eluded that her team consisted of professional cleaners like herself. 2.) She told us the first hour was $120 and then $150 for each additional hour. She stated that our job would take an hour and a half and we agreed to those terms. Results 1.)Regina (Owner) was not professional herself. 2.) Her team was untrained, and unprofessional 3.) She did not have professional equipment or professional cleaning products. 4.) The owner dropped off the workers and left. 5.) While she was away, the workers were slothful in their cleaning: they stalled for time and one girl even cleaned the same window for 15 minutes while I watched. When I directed them to clean certain areas, it became apparent they did not speak or understand English. We also noticed that a couple of the workers were underaged. When the owner returned an hour and a half later, I was upset and complained about the work and then she began to verbally abuse them and stated to me that “This is how you get things done” which implied to me that this is how to treat “those” people. She treated them with disdain in front of me, as if they were undocumented workers who were afraid to defend themselves. 6.) She told us she would charge us for an hour and a half, and she billed us for two hours, because they had to redo their work. I have never written a complaint before, but I was compelled because I believe that the owner unapologetically misrepresented herself and company, abused her workers and overcharged me at a time when I was most vulnerable.

They did a terrible job. In an email sent to the owner days before their scheduled visit I asked her to focus on the kitchen and bathroom. 30 minutes in to the cleaning the owner informed me they were running out of time. I told her she was only there for 30 minutes she said "I brought five people so you only get 45 minutes of cleaning." I was shocked! I paid for four people for 1 hour. The home is very small. They were stepping over each other while other's stood around as the owner yelled at them. The kitchen was left a mess. They sprayed bleach on the cabinets and didn't wipe them down. I admit the kitchen needed a good cleaning my mother is 88 years old and unable to keep up. That's why I asked her to focus on the kitchen and bathroom. There is still dust and it house was not cleaned properly or her staff utilized efficiently. When I contacted her to tell her I was not satisfied she was unapologetic and rude. I would never use this company again.

"I'm sorry you were unhappy with our service. However, in our defense i asked you if you'd need more than an hour because you said the house hadn't been cleaned for a long time. You said no. Truth is the house needed 2 hrs of cleaning for it to be thoroughly cleaned. I don't yell at my staff, i was simply trying to move them along quickly and efficiently so we could get as much accomplished in an hour for you as we could. You paid for 4 girls for an hour. I had 5 girls that day so i initially told you it would only take 45 minutes. That was before i entered your house. You got 1 hr and 10 minutes. I was not comfortable leaving the house In that condition but my hands were tied because you didn't want to pay for more time. I agree that there were things left undone had i had more time your review would have been completely different. Thank you for your business and input. It all helps."
